FYI with DEI is a production of a select number of the DEI Council Members. FYI with DEI seeks to bring a majority of the DEI Council's programming right to listeners, wherever they are. The podcast seeks to highlight members of and entities within the OU Community that are working toward an equitable future.
Check back here or monitor our social media accounts for more information on FYI with DEI's first episode.
The AGS Common Read program was launched in 2018 by members of the DEI Council. Since its inception, the purpose of the Common Read is to gather community members around reading material outside of the classroom, with a lens on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Reading for the Common Read has ranged from essays on feminism to indigenous poetry, and everything in between.
Currently led by Kat Gebauer, the Common Read is open to any members of the AGS and National Weather Center community, and meets once a month.
Events hosted and co-hosted by the AGS DEI Counil will be listed here as they are scheduled.
