Project Status

Adaptive became operational for current-year reporting in late winter/early spring 2021, and for fiscal year 2022 budget planning and inputs on April 1,2021.  During project implementation, OU personnel were briefed on project status on a weekly basis.

Overall project status is on track, with current financial actuals data uploaded to Adaptive, Personnel model being loaded and tested, and Personnel and non-Personnel-related reports continuing to be built by Deloitte and reviewed by OU users and system administrators.
