Jenna Thomas

Dr. Jenna Thomas received her B.S. in Psychology from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Thomas is the People Analytics Lead for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, an Oklahoma state government agency, where she conducts research on public sector employee engagement. She also serves as a consultant to Oklahoma state government agencies on workforce and succession planning.
