My research examines the cognitive, affective, and social processes that shape individuals' job performance and well-being in the workplace. Specifically, my work primarily focuses on these three interconnected areas: (1) person–situation interactions, with a particular emphasis on situation (e.g., situational strength and substance characteristics), (2) employee performance behavior (e.g., task performance, counterproductive work behavior, and organizational citizenship behavior), and (3) attitudes and affect/emotions at work (e.g., job boredom, work engagement).
