My primary research broadly focuses on diversity, inclusion, and equity, with a specific focus on the workplace experiences of the vulnerable workforce. Within this sphere of research, my research program unravels the multifaceted ways in which intimate partner aggression (IPA) permeates targets’ work-related behaviors, often manifested through a spectrum of discrete negative emotions and the depletion of psychological resources. In addition to my research on vulnerable workers’ experiences, I have also delved into the realm of work-family interface and employee well-being. One stream of research examines how leader workaholism influences subordinates’ work behaviors and work-family outcomes.
