Young A Lee

Young A Lee is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Studies at the University of Oklahoma and holds an MLIS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Before returning to graduate school for a Ph.D., she served as a librarian in the public libraries operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education in Korea. Subsequently, she worked as a graduate research assistant for OU Libraries' Web team, and one of her roles is to manage the Libraries' AI chatbot.

Her areas of interest include the integration of emerging technologies such as AI chatbots, virtual reality, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing in library settings, as well as lifelong learning in libraries.
