Learn how to use Python to discover valuable insights from raw data. This workshop will introduce the Python programming language, Jupyter Notebooks, and several Python packages. You will learn about NumPy arrays, pandas Series and DataFrames, and plotting with Matplotlib and Seaborn. A high-level overview of machine learning with scikit-learn will be provided. No Python programming experience is expected.
Explore the fundamentals of machine learning, including understanding different types of ML, choosing correct techniques, and applying and evaluating algorithms. This course will focus on applying methods rather than the math behind the methods. No experience with machine learning is expected, but some experience with computer programming would be helpful.
