CASH (Centralized Academic Scholarship Hub) – The University has gone to an online application for all OU scholarships, including College of Education scholarships. Through this system, students can apply for all the scholarships that they are eligible for, campus-wide. The CASH portal will open October 1 and close on February 1each year. ou.edu/scholarships
