More than 100 GCA students and faculty from the Interior Design, Construction Science and Architecture programs visited the offices of Merriman Anderson Architects and Balfour Beatty for a field trip to Dallas last Friday, February 1st. The field trip included a firm tour, project presentations, and lunch hosted by Merriman Anderson. With Balfour Beatty, students received tours of the Epic Office and Pittman Hotel project sites. In addition, students participated in a scavenger hunt, visiting various Merriman Anderson projects around Dallas.

Gibbs College of Architecture Students Participate in Immersive Studio at Taliesin West

In May, students from the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture's Architecture, Environmental Design, and Interior Design programs participated in an intensive five-day Studio in Residence at Taliesin West, the iconic winter home and desert laboratory of Frank Lloyd Wright.
