Sierra joined the Graduation and Persistence Support team with a variety of higher education experiences from working in Multicultural Affairs to Housing to being a former MoneyCoach. She is passionate about supporting students as they navigate the college experience and beyond.
From Topeka, KS she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Leadership Studies from Washburn University in 2015, and graduated with her Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Baylor University in 2017. While at OU, Sierra has contributed to the OU Midfirst Bank MoneyCoach program. She teaches UCOL 1002: First-Year Foundations:, UCOL 2002: Strategies for Success and is a trained Academic Life Coach.
Sierra loves readings, board games, and watching and playing sports.
