OU Health Campus

The OU Health Campus is one of a few comprehensive health centers in the nation with seven health professional colleges: Allied Health, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Graduate Studies. Application Fee Requirement

An Application Fee is Required for Norman and Tulsa Campus Applicants

  • U.S. Citizen and U.S. Permanent Resident Applicants = $50
  • International Applicants = $100

The OU Graduate College Does Not Offer Application Fee Waivers.

  • Applicants may check with their academic units to see if application fee waivers are offerd by the graduate program.
  • Information about the availability of applications fee waivers can usually be found on the graduate program's website.

Who Is Your OU Graduate Admissions Counselor?

Every prospective student and applicant is assigned an OU Graduate Admissions Counselor based on your area of study. Your admissions counselor is here to help you explore academic options and assist you with the application process.

 

To schedule an appointment:

  • Identify the admissions counselor assigned to the graduate program that you wish to pursue using the table below.
  • Schedule an appointment by clicking the button within the appropriate counselor's profile card.
  • Select an in-person or virtual appointment.
  • Select a reason for your appointment so that we can better guide you during your appointment.

 

Program Questions: If you have questions regarding course content, funding opportunities, or program structure, etc., please contact your academic unit.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are typically sent directly from the issuing college or university to the OU Graduate College. However, if you wish to bring your official transcripts to the Graduate Admissions office, please schedule an appointment with your admissions counselor.


Addition or Change of Program Application (ACOP)

Things to know about the ACOP application

  • No application fee is required.
  • Each academic unit requires supplemental materials for the ACOP application. It is your responsibility to check with the academic unit regarding these materials.
  • To access the ACOP application, take the following steps:         
    • Log into the application portal, using the login and password that you used when you submitted your original graduate application.
    • Click the "Start a New Application" button.
    • Answer "Yes" to the question, "Are you currently enrolled as a graduate student or as an undergraduate student in a bachelor's/master's accelerated degree program?"

Who Should Complete the ACOP Application?

Currently enrolled OU students who are completing a graduate degree and wish to start another graduate degree should complete this application.

Currently enrolled OU graduate students seeking to complete a second graduate degree concurrently or a dual master's degree should complete this application.

Add or Change of Program

Currently enrolled OU graduate students seeking to add a program or change their program should complete this application. This includes students changing or removing a concentration or adding a graduate certificate.

Currently enrolled OU undergraduates in an accelerated degree program (ADP) seeking to apply for the graduate portion of the ADP should complete this application.
