How much will a Covid Antigen Test cost?

We are requesting insurance information to help offset the cost of the antigen  testing.  Most insurances are covering the cost of antigen testing.  You will not have any personal charges, even if you do not currently have health insurance or your insurance does not fully cover the cost of testing.

* Please note that PCR testing will be charged to insurance, but if insurance does not cover the cost of testing or you do not have health insurance, you will be charged for the cost.
