Classes do not meet December 25 & Jan. 1
- Last day to drop and receive refund - December 23rd!!
- Last day to add a Winter Session course is
December 23rd (though we recommend students start Dec. 22nd)
- Dec. 24-Jan. 1: Students can email the Office of the Registrar at enroll@ou.edu to drop a class. Drops will be processed once campus reopens and as of the date the email is received.
- Jan. 2-9: Students must contact Enrollment Services enroll@ou.edu to make changes to their schedule
- Automatic grade of W for dropped courses for undergraduates- Dec. 24-Jan. 9
- Automatic grade of W for dropped courses for graduate students - Dec. 24-Jan. 2
Grades will be due from Faculty January 21, 2026
