- Last day to drop and receive refund - December 23rd!!
- Last day to add a Winter Session course is
December 23rd (though we recommend students start Dec. 22nd)
- Dec. 24-Jan. 1: Students can email the Office of the Registrar at enroll@ou.edu to drop a class. Drops will be processed once campus reopens and as of the date the email is received.
- Jan. 2-9: Students must contact their academic advisor to make changes to their schedule
- Automatic grade of W for dropped courses for undergraduates- Dec. 24-Jan. 9
- Automatic grade of W for dropped courses for graduate students - Dec. 24-Jan. 2
- After January 9th, students must contact their advisors and get the permission of the instructor to drop
Grades will be due from Faculty January 21, 2026
Grades will be posted for students to view by January 24th, 2026
