Those without an accounting degree are able to earn their MAcc once all prerequisite coursework requirements have been met. The number and sequence of required courses is based on your academic and professional background. Unlike larger MAcc programs at other universities, the OU MAcc provides personalized attention for each student. From helping you select the right courses to assistance in preparation for the CPA exam, this program offers incredible service for every student.
Price College Accounting faculty are leaders in their field, routinely sought after to speak at major global conferences and consult to government agencies and businesses. Many of the faculty are published in major accounting journals as well as former industry leaders.
Tuition for the online Accounting program is $32,500* for the entire program. Fees associated with the program are included in this cost. Books and materials are additional.
Once accepted into the program, students are required to submit a $350 non-refundable deposit within two weeks. Deposits are applied toward tuition expenses and secure a student’s place in the upcoming class.
Non-Accounting Majors
Those without an accounting degree are encouraged to complete the contact form to discuss their personalized prerequisite requirements with an enrollment counselor. Once the prerequisite requirements have been met, applicants can follow the instructions listed below.
Accounting Majors
Applicants seeking direct admission to the MAcc must have completed an undergraduate degree in Accounting, usually with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0. If you don’t meet this requirement, please complete the contact form to discuss personalized prerequisite requirements with an enrollment counselor

Applicants interested in starting in the upcoming semester should submit all required materials as soon as possible. Once the class is full, applicants will be asked to apply to next starting term.
