The Master of Construction Business program is designed to bring students together that have some professional experience related to the planning, design, and construction industry and build on the knowledge gained in the workplace. The program is set up to develop executive business skills in the context of construction management while gaining valuable real world experience along the way. Course content focuses on financial management, business accounting, construction planning and development, advanced construction concepts and processes, and leadership skills. Graduates of our program will be positioned to advance their careers in the planning, design, and construction industry.

The University of Oklahoma online Master of Construction Business program is a collaborative program between the Gibbs College of Architecture and the Price College of Business. The program is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills in executive business processes in the context of construction management. Students in the program come from varied backgrounds and will be prepared to advance their careers in the design and construction industry. The diversity of the students in the program make for an excellent educational experience for all involved.

To apply to the online Master of Construction Business, students must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or appropriate international equivalent).
Students should have earned a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 in undergraduate studies, and have a minimum of three years work experience in the built environment.

Applicants may be required to take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), depending on their work experience and prior education. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are reviewed individually.
The online Master of Construction Business admissions committee operates under a rolling admission process. Once the Office of Graduate Admissions has received all required application materials and evaluated transcripts, the committee will strive to respond to all applicants within two weeks.
