Tuition and fees for the program are $31,520 ($985 per credit hour). Books and additional materials are not included.
Once accepted into the program, students must submit a $350 nonrefundable deposit within two weeks. Deposits are applied toward tuition expenses and secure a student’s place in the upcoming class. There is no application fee for this degree.

The University of Oklahoma’s online Master of Construction Business program is a collaborative program between the Gibbs College of Architecture and the Price College of Business designed to provide students with knowledge and skills in executive business processes in the context of construction management. Students in the program come from varied backgrounds and will be prepared to advance their careers in the design and construction industry. The diversity of the students in the program makes for an excellent educational experience for all involved.
Students learn to effectively analyze managerial information and technology management data to make decisions and utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to develop financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and other essential documentation.
Students will master the application of construction-related laws and regulations to negotiations and project development, with an emphasis on avoiding disputes through careful attention to planning, while developing negotiation, leadership, and communication skills across diverse teams and project stakeholders.

To apply to the online Master of Construction Business, students must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or appropriate international equivalent).

The online Master of Construction Business admissions committee operates under a rolling admissions process, and admissions may continue until two weeks before the start of classes. The committee strives to respond to all applicants within two weeks of submitting a completed application.
