The online Master of Science in Finance degree is a 32-credit hour program designed to be completed in 16 months. Students study topics including financial modeling, advanced corporate finance, M&A and corporate restructuring, venture capital and private equity, alternative investments, equity fund management, international finance, and risk management.

Price College Finance faculty have strong expertise in Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Intermediation, Risk Management and Real Estate Finance – and these areas are represented throughout the curriculum. In addition, many of the faculty have experience in the energy industry and bring in specific examples and cases.

Price College finance faculty are leaders in their field, routinely sought after to speak at major global conferences and consult to government agencies and businesses. Included in the faculty are editors of major finance journals as well as former industry leaders.
The M.S. in Finance at OU’s Price College of Business is a selective program designed to nurture future finance leaders. Your investment for the program is $31,520. If accepted into the program, a $350 deposit is required to hold your spot in the class.
The program is also eligible for Federal Financial Aid. The University of Oklahoma’s Financial Aid Office assists students by providing information about scholarship and financial aid opportunities available at the University of Oklahoma.
Admission to the online M.S. in Finance is selective and requires evidence of strong quantitative abilities. Because the program is designed to provide additional expertise in finance to professionals at all stages of their careers, professional work experience is not required for admission.

Admissions will occur on a rolling basis. Transfer credits will be accepted at the discretion of the admissions committee.
