Sooner Discovery Programming
Sooner Discovery is not just limited to academics. Our staff plans weeknight and weekend events as study breaks while students are living on campus. These consist of out of class learning experiences and opportunities to have a ton of fun!
Discover Oklahoma Weekend Trips
Each Saturday of Sooner Discovery, students and our Discovery Guides will have the opportunity to take part in in-person trips planned by our staff. In past summers, we have visited the OKC Zoo, Oklahoma Science Museum, Myriad Botanical Gardens, the OKC Riversport facility, the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, the Jenks Aquarium and other great Oklahoma locations!
Study Break Evening Programs
Monday through Thursday nights, Sooner Discovery students can take a break from studying and join in on fun! Discovery Guides will plan up to three programming events a week, which will be announced each week of the program. These programs are optional but highly encouraged.
