Prior to joining the PhD program at the University of Oklahoma in the fall 2023, Priyanka worked as a HR professional in various organizations in India including nonprofit institutions. She earned her Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Jadavpur University and Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, in 2012 and 2017 respectively. Her research interests include work engagement, family enrichment, well-being, and personality differences-based job design. Priyanka's research interest is primarily grounded in the rapidly emerging economies with a focus, particularly on the attitude and behavior of the millennial workforce. When not working on her research ideas, Priyanka would mostly be found watching movies, singing, or napping.
