Blake Bowersock

Blake Bowersock began his consulting career in 2003 and spent more than a decade with Accenture and Ernst & Young supporting global clients through large-scale organizational and technology-driven transformation. With deep experience across resources, financial services, and retail, he has specialized since 2017 in building organizational design capabilities within technology, merchandising, digital, eCommerce, and corporate functions. After several years in independent practice through Wishbone Consulting LLC, he now serves as Senior Manager, Organizational Design, Effectiveness & Governance at TD Bank, shaping enterprise structures and strengthening decision-making clarity across multiple business portfolios.
Bowersock holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma, where he studied international business, German, and legal studies. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
