Phillip LeBaron

Philip LeBaron is a husband, father and land negotiator living in Broomfield, CO. He works for BPX Energy in Denver and primarily focuses on Eagle Ford formation assets in multiple south Texas counties. Prior to joining BPX Energy, in 2019, he worked as a senior landman for Devon Energy in Oklahoma City as part of their Eagle Ford Business Unit. Before his energy career, Philip served in the United States Marine Corps.

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 with a BBA in energy management. He is also a 2018 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, holding a legal studies master degree – oil, gas, & energy law. He joined the JCPLP Alumni Advisory Board in 2019 and also serves on the Price College Recent Alumni Advisory Board.

LeBaron and his wife, Halleluiah, are alumni of the Michael F. Price College of Business and members of the Adams Society. They enjoy hiking and pursuing other mountain “adventures” with their son.
