Keynote Speaker: Brad Scoggin

Brad Scoggin

Brad Scoggin, a business graduate of University of Okalhaoma, is a founder and CEOr of ArborXR, a software start-up with an enterprise SaaS platform for augmented and virtual reality.

Under Scoggin’s direction, the company, first known as SpringboardVR, became the world’s leading VR management platform serving location-based entertainment sector before successfully divesting the entertainment division to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the enterprise space. With over 10 years of experience in team development, strategic planning, and organizational growth and expansion, he began his career as the executive director for an international nonprofit distributing educational curriculum.

Thayla Bohn

Thayla Bohn

Thayla Painter Bohn, a native of northwest Arkansas, relocated to Oklahoma City from Tulsa in September 2010 to work for long-time client, American Fidelity Assurance Company.  She started with the company as vice president and senior counsel directing litigation on behalf of American Fidelity and its affiliates and providing legal advice on insurance and employment matters. In July 2016, Bohn accepted the role of VP corporate and human resources. In January 2019, she was promoted to senior vice president of her division and began serving on the AF Executive Team. She currently oversees talent management, compensation, benefits, corporate communications as well as other functions for the company. She graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa with a BA in Organizational Communication and a certificate in Women’s Studies. She also graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, where she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. Bohn is a former partner of the Tulsa law firm, Feldman, Franden, Woodard and Farris, where she practiced for 12 years. She is involved in many community service organizations and has served on several non-profit boards. 

Mark Bolino, Ph.D.

Mark Bolino

Professor Bolino, Ph.D. (South Carolina) teaches in the undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. programs in the areas of organizational behavior, international business, and human resources management. His research focuses on employees' willingness to go the extra mile for their organizations, impression management in the workplace, global careers, and the psychological contracts between employers and their employees. Professor Bolino is a member of the Academy of Management. Before joining Price College, he was a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame.

Susanna Gattoni

Susanna Gattoni

Susanna Gattoni is a native Oklahoman who became the third generation of women in her family to graduate from the University of Oklahoma in 1994. She went on to attend the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she graduated in 1997 with honors and was selected for both the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barrister.

Currently, Gatonni works as the deputy general counsel for the University of Oklahoma. Before joining OU in 2018,  her legal career included work as a federal prosecutor and as a shareholder at the law firm of Hall, Estill. Throughout her 25-year legal career, she has assisted numerous clients in prosecuting, investigating and defending all types of civil and criminal claims including false claims related to state and federal funds.  Gatonni also has extensive experience in employment law, including leading numerous internal investigations, providing employment advice to clients for over twenty-five years, and successfully defending clients at trial in both federal and state courts. For her work as an attorney, she has received the Courageous Lawyer Award from the Oklahoma County Bar Association and was the recipient of the Leadership in the Law award from the Journal Record.

Donny Greenwalt

Donny Greenwalt

Leveraging his Operations, IT and HR experience, Donny Greenwalt leads the organizational change management strategy at American Fidelity. Uniting his continuous improvement mindset and his passion for people, Greenwalt empowers project teams and people leaders to take a high involvement approach to change that engages colleagues and delivers sustained results. In addition to his work at American Fidelity, he connects the dots between textbook concepts and real world application by teaching Strategic Human Resources Management at OU’s Price College of Business. When he isn’t strategizing at the office or supporting his students, he is busy figuring out how to increase output while streamlining inputs in his backyard fruit and veggie garden for his wife and two children.

Caitlin Parker

Caitlin Parker

Caitlin Parker is a human resource generalist for The Boeing Company in Oklahoma City. Parker graduated  from Oklahoma State University with a degree in human resource management. She has worked in the manufacturing, retail and aerospace industries. Her experience includes positions focusing in training and development and employee relations. 

Parkeris a member of the Oklahoma City Human Resource Society. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Ken Parker

Ken Parker

Ken Parker is a first generation college graduate. From a young age he developed a love for computers. He graduated from Oklahoma Christian, then earned a master’s in computer science from the University of Colorado, and an initial job in aero-space. Eventually Parker landed on Wall Street with JP Morgan. He moved back to Oklahoma in 1995 and started a company first focused on online education. About four months into the concept, a buddy from his JP Morgan days, Ethan Berman, suggested he and Parker pivot towards a company that provided risk management tools to financial institutions. Berman served as CEO and co-founder along with Parker. After eight years, they moved off Parker’s ranch and moved to Norman and continued to grow. After 10 years, they did an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Two years after the IPO, they sold for $1.5 billion to MSCI in 2010. Now RiskMetrics has become the world’s largest independent provider of risk management solutions.
