The conference will begin with our keynote speaker, followed by two breakout sessions. This year’s theme is “Power Spectrum: Exploring Power Dynamics in the Workforce,” and the mission of this conference is to highlight and address the struggles women in all industries and stages of life experience and how we can evolve by learning from the experiences of others. Through our keynote speaker, President & CEO of KMM Sports, Kelli Masters, and three sessions with accomplished and experienced panelists, attendees will be able to gain valuable knowledge regarding how to manage power dynamics in their own careers.

One session will focus on the difference between three major industries including a STEM-based industry, law enforcement, and sports management.

The next sessions assist the attendees is finding a successful mentor in their current or future position, evaluating how to make the most out of that relationship, and how to capitalize on your current position to create opportunities in the future.

Our final panel provides attendees with the personal tips, tricks, and advice from seasoned professionals in a wide range of industries and backgrounds. By the end of this conference, attendees will be equipped with the confidence and motivation to apply what they learn in the real world with the goal of shaping them into powerful professionals in the business world.
