Staff initiatives Committee Listening Sessions

Staff Initiatives Committee (SIC) wants to hear what’s working, what’s hard, and what changes would most improve staff quality of life!

What SIC can do in these sessions: elevate themes, advocate, draft/endorse proposals, partner with admin units, track progress, report back

What SIC can’t do in these sessions: resolve individual HR disputes, adjudicate personnel decisions, promise outcomes
