Bilingual Research Associate

The Early Childhood Education Institute (ECEI) at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa is seeking a Bilingual Research Associate to join our team of researchers engaged in early childhood research-practice partnerships and longitudinal studies. Research Associates administer child assessments and classroom observations, conduct field-based research, and work with our CAP Tulsa and Educare projects, among others.

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $48,000 for this full-time, benefits-eligible position, which will start sometime in early September. 

Representative Duties:

• Administers and scores standardized child assessments and classroom observations; maintain certification and reliability on all required tools.
• Conducts field-based research including site visits, interviews, focus groups, and classroom observations with children, families, educators, and administrators.
• Collects, enters, verifies, and manages quantitative and qualitative data following approved protocols; assists with maintaining well-organized and accurate data systems across digital and physical platforms.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with project staff, department staff and faculty, early childhood professionals, and community partners; actively participates in meetings and contributes to communication with stakeholders.
