All OU students on all campuses—Norman, OUHSC, Tulsa, and Online—have free, 24/7 access to virtual health and emotional support through the TimelyCare Health & Well-being app. Designed specifically for college students, this app offers on-demand medical care, scheduled visits, emotional support, and a rich library of self-help resources—all without the need for insurance, and accessible wherever you are.
While TimelyCare offers immediate crisis support and brief, solution-focused counseling, it is not a replacement for ongoing services already available to OU students. These include the University Counseling Center (UCC). on the Norman campus, Student Counseling Services (SCS) on the Health Sciences campus and the OU-Tulsa campus, counseling services for student athletes, and specialized support designed for international students and those studying online. Rather than replacing these resources, TimelyCare serves as a complementary option that expands access and helps ensure students who need longer-term or more intensive care can receive the support they need.
Traveling abroad? Please download and activate the TimelyCare app before leaving the United States; some app stores limit availability by region. Already there? Access TimelyCare on the web with your student Single Sign-On. If you’re having trouble, contact OU IT for help.
