Welcome to the Price College of Business JCPenney Leadership Center website. Thank you for your interest in this exciting and enriching program! The JCPenney Leadership Center provides high performing undergraduate business students with opportunities to develop their leadership potential through a variety of learning experiences and interactions.

This selective program prepares students to be leaders through experience, academic instruction, professional skill development, philanthropy, and real world business and networking encounters. Our goal is to promote personal and professional growth by broadening student perspectives and strengthening business skills.

This site contains a wide range of materials useful to students, alumni, and corporate interests alike. Prospective students will find information about the Leadership Program's application process and opportunities, and current students can stay up-to-date regarding resources and upcoming events. For alumni, this site provides tools to stay connected both with the Center and to one another. Corporate and other interested collaborators can use this site to stay informed about our events and ways to partner with us.  

Our world is in need of great business leaders equipped to face the challenges of the 21st century and the JCPenney Leadership Program has been dedicated to helping students at the Price College of Business do this successfully for over 20 years.  It is a privilege to be a part such a distinguished history of cultivating leadership skills at the University of Oklahoma.
