Martín Bruno is a senior BBA Management Information Systems and BA Economics dual degree candidate from Mendoza, Argentina. He previously served as a Peer Trainer for the program. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program, Martín volunteers for UWC Argentina and enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and cooking.

Namulinde Nnaggenda is a sophomore from Uganda and Massachusetts majoring in Business Economics and MIS. Aside from the JCPenney Leadership Program, she is the Special Events Executive for the African Student Association and a consultant with The Oklahoma Group. Outside of her academics, she enjoys Pinteresting, spending time with her family and friends, reading, and running.

Mulan Snyder is a junior from Calumet, Oklahoma majoring in Accounting and Economics. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program, she serves as the Director of Finance for the Asian Americans in Business Association. Mulan also enjoys running fundraisers, spending time with her friends and family, and buying Jellycats.
Colby Brown is a graduate of the Michael F. Price College of Business and an alumnus of the JCPenney Leadership Program. After graduating in 2015, Brown moved to Dallas, Texas and began working at Hitachi Consulting. In 2019, he transitioned from the world of consulting to self-employment, when he became an independent financial coach. Brown enjoys the opportunity to share his knowledge and passion for finance with others. He takes pride in helping others by providing them with an opportunity to achieve personal financial independence.
In addition to serving on the JCPenney Leadership Program’s Alumni Advisory Board, Colby currently serves as the Vice President of Price College’s Recent Alumni Advisory Board and is a member of the Adams Society.
Brown and his wife, Aarol, currently reside in Carrollton, Texas.
Wesley Anderson is a senior vice president in commercial real estate lending with Valor Bank in Edmond, Okla. Mr. Anderson has held a position in commercial lending for 16 years beginning in 2007 with Bank of Oklahoma in their ATC training program in Tulsa, Okla. Mr. Anderson currently manages a commercial real estate portfolio of $75MM+ and oversees the business development for the bank primarily in the Oklahoma City market.
Outside of his daily responsibilities, Mr. Anderson served on numerous local boards including Urban Land Institute and Cavett Kids. In his spare time outside of work and with family, Mr. Anderson runs a small business that designs and fabricates high-end signage displayed at professional golf tournaments in the Midwest. Wesley currently resides in Edmond, Okla., with his wife of 14 years, Dr. Serena Anderson, and their three children.
Wesley graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005 with a B.B.A in Finance. He is also an alumnus of the JCPenney Leadership Program.
Blake Bowersock began his consulting career in Dallas, TX in 2003 and spent the first 13 years between Accenture and Ernst & Young supporting global clients in planning and preparing for workplace disruptions driven by organization and technology changes. Bowersock has extensive experience in the resources and financial services sectors. He has been dedicated since 2017 to the retail industry, building client OD capabilities to advance areas of technology, merchandising, digital, eCommerce, and corporate functions.
Bowersock graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA, studying international business, German, and legal studies. He recently re-entered independent consulting and is the owner and Organization Consultant at Wishbone Consulting LLC , based in Charlotte, NC.
Jennifer Davenport is an assurance senior manager based in the Ernst & Young’s Oklahoma City practice. She has over 11 years of experience serving both public and privately held clients throughout the region area mainly in manufacturing and consumer products. Her experience includes managing fieldwork and relationships during the performance of the audit, internal control testing, carve-out financial statements, initial public offerings, and benefit plan financial statements. She also has experience with internal and external inspections, training within the firm, as well as managing several other internal initiatives.
She is a 2009 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting as well as a bachelor’s degree in arts and science with an emphasis in psychology. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder.
Davenport is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and also serves as chair on the University of Oklahoma Steed School of Accounting Board of Advisors. In addition, she serves on the Center for Children and Families board as treasurer, YWCA of Oklahoma City board as treasurer, and several committees throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two children where they reside in Norman, Oklahoma.
Candice Doctor oversees the IT portfolio for the petroleum and commercial development systems for QuikTrip Corporation, a privately held convenience and fuel company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Founded in 1958, QuikTrip has grown to a more than $11 billion company with 900+ stores in 13 states. In this role she is responsible for IT strategy and systems implementation for the petroleum, store development and new business development technologies. In her previous roles for QT, Doctor was the payment systems manager, IT liaison for finance, marketing, and sales with a focus on business technology strategy development, opportunity assessment and solution discovery. She has previously worked in IT, sales, marketing, and consulting roles closely related to digital marketing/technologies. Doctor earned her BBA in marketing and international business from the University of Oklahoma and is married with two children.
Parker Dooly is an executive director and middle-market commercial banker with JPMorgan Chase. In his current role, he manages a portfolio of clients and prospects in western Oklahoma while also leading the company’s Commercial Banking efforts in south-central Kansas. He is responsible for coordinating internal resources to deliver the capabilities of JPMorgan Chase to meet the specific needs of his clients and prospects including: credit, cash management, leasing, international banking, merchant processing, transition strategies, capital markets activities, and more. In addition, he heads the Commercial Bank’s recruiting efforts at the University of Oklahoma.
Dooly began his career at JPMorgan Chase as a summer analyst in the commercial bank. He has since worked as an analyst and credit underwriter within the commercial bank; in his previous roles, he was primarily responsible for financial analysis, transaction structuring, and risk identification & mitigation within a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries.
Dooly is an active member of the community, serving as a board member of the JCPenney Leadership Program Alumni Advisory Board within the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma; World Trade Council in Wichita, KS; and the Volunteer Leadership Group at Chase; he also serves in several leadership roles within his local church.
Dooly holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma with emphasis in Finance and International Business. He is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charterholder. Dooly and wife, Christine, along with their two children, live in Edmond, OK.
J.C. Fischer is an Associate Partner in the Dallas office of McKinsey, which he joined full-time in 2018. He works on solving public sector operations problems with a focus on procurement and industrial base challenges and the U.S. Department of Defense. He is also a member of the McKinsey Negotiations Institute, where he teaches executive courses on negotiations and advises clients on strategy.
Before joining McKinsey, Fischer spent the bulk of his career in sports, spanning roles from a graduate assistant coach of the men’s basketball team at Stanford to working on front office and team culture with an NBA team to the collective bargaining negotiations team at MLB.
He. earned his JD from Stanford Law School and his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
He is married to Andi Fischer (also an OU and JCPenney alum and member of the McKinsey Dallas office), and has one son, Cato. Outside of work, he loves to shoot hoops and play pickup ball, golfs every weekend (often with Andi!), and cooks often, especially after building an outdoor kitchen and smoker setup for their home.
Rod Jahromi is a native of Oklahoma City and proud alumni of the University of Oklahoma and JCPenney Leadership Program. He is a senior leader at ExxonMobil, where he has led global teams in the Procurement, Supply Chain, and HR functions. He currently is the Global Procurement Manger for ExxonMobil Fuels and Corporate Marketing, managing a team with an annual portfolio value of $2B a year. Jahromi also teaches Marketing and Sales at the University of Houston, where he also is a graduate of their MBA program.
Ryan Jones manages bp’s propriety consumer card programs including the BPme Rewards Visa® credit card. He leads a team responsible for marketing, consumer experience, product roadmap, P&L management, and execution of bp’s US card programs. In previous bp roles, Jones launched loyalty partnerships, led customer marketing communications, and scheduled refinery products (NGLs).
Jones is a 2019 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. While at OU, he held leadership positions in the JCPenney Leadership Program, CAC Executive Committee, Kappa Sigma, Price Ambassadors, University Sing, and Sooner Scandals. He currently resides in Chicago, IL and enjoys being walking distance to Wrigley Field.
Robert Keenan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1988 with a Bachelor of Finance. He currently works as the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Lutz.
Keenan obtained his Masters In Public Administration from Drake University in 1997 and currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife (a Nebraska fan). Three of his four daughters have also graduated from OU.
Philip LeBaron is a husband, father, and Development Manager living in Newalla, OK. He works for Cubico Sustainable Investments developing utility-scale wind and solar projects in the eastern half of the continental United States. Prior to joining Cubico, he worked as a Land Negotiator and Landman for BPX Energy in Denver and Devon Energy in Oklahoma City. Before his energy career, Philip served in the United States Marine Corps.
Lebaron graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 with a BBA in energy management. He is also a 2018 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, holding a legal studies master degree – oil, gas, & energy law. He joined the JCPLP Alumni Advisory Board in 2019 and he also serves on the Price College Recent Alumni Advisory Board.
He and his wife, Halleluiah, are alumni of the Michael F. Price College of Business and members of the Adams Society. They enjoy time with family, road trips, and outdoor adventures with their son.
Rebecca Miller is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Smoothie King Franchises, Inc., a privately held, Dallas-based company with more than 1,400 locations worldwide. As the original smoothie franchise, its mission is to inspire people to live a healthy & active lifestyle with healthy, great-tasting smoothies. Prior to joining Smoothie King, Miller served as SVP of Marketing and R&D for On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina and held multiple marketing and product innovation leadership roles at Pizza Hut, Inc. She began her career working in advertising for JCPenney. Miller is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and remains active as an alumnus in the JCPenney Leadership Program at the Micheal F. Price College of Business.
Keyana Simmons is a traveling Technology Consultant with EAG Services located in Houston, TX. She has held multiple roles that were all influential with helping her in her current role. Within her role, she leads and coordinates system implementation projects, software migration, overall project management efforts and most importantly she is the mastermind behind starting a book club at work to help consultants have better experiences with everyone around them.
Simmons is a 2016 Price College of Business graduate where she earned a BBA in Management Information Systems and Energy Management. During her time at OU, she participated in the JCPenney Leadership Program, Price Ambassadors, Energy Management Student Association, President of the Student Business Associate, Price College Service Day Chair and a participant on the 2016 OU Homecoming Court. Currently, she serves on the JCPenney Alumni Advisory Board.
When not traveling for work, she’s home in Dallas, TX where she enjoys trying new recipes, traveling domestically and internationally, reading, writing, spending time with family and working on entrepreneurial pursuits.
Jonathan Tellez is the global lead for diversity, equity, inclusion and employee development at Stats Perform, a global leader in Sports Technology. Prior to his role at Stats Perform, he spent seven years in the consulting industry. Throughout his time in the consulting industry, he spent five years in internal audit and financial advisory consulting and three years managing global diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. In his current role, he develops DEI strategies and initiatives for global impact, enhances workforce diversity through recruiting and external partnerships, and strengthens employee performance through engaging employee development.
He is a 2014 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in accounting. During his time at the University of Oklahoma, he was actively involved with the JCPenney Leadership program and a member of the Student Advisory board.
Tellez is also a Court Appointed Service Advocate (CASA) volunteer for Travis County, where he advocates in court, schools, and in the community for the best interest of children who have been abused or neglected. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his partner and their dog Polo where they reside in Austin, Texas.
Phillip Suh is from Norman, Oklahoma. He is currently a senior, double majoring in Energy Management & Management Information Systems. Within the program, he served as the Social Media Director, and outside of the program, he has served as the Internal and External Vice President for Pi Kappa Alpha. He enjoys spending time with family, and also enjoys playing pickleball & tennis.
Abby Brunnert was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is a senior double majoring in Healthcare Business and in Marketing. She enthusiastically serves as the Director of Social Media for the JCPenney Leadership Program. Outside of the program, Abby is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and the Healthcare Business Club. She loves to live an active lifestyle and prioritize psending quality time with her roommates.
Frida Galvan originally from Southlake, Texas. She is a junior majoring in Finance. On campus, she is actively involved in several organizations in the Price College of Business. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program, she is the Vice President of Marketing for Wall Street Sooners. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and traveling.
Priya George is a senior at OU, double majoring in healthcare business and management information systems. Within the JCPenney Leadership Program, she has served as the Board Fellow for the National Weather Museum and Science Center and currently serves as the Director of Board Fellows as well as the co-board fellow for the Center for Children and Families Inc. Outside of school, she enjoys playing badminton and trying new food with friends.
Lauren Hamilton is a junior from Edmond, Oklahoma! She is double majoring in MIS & Marketing and is currently participating in IBC. She loves her time in JCPLP as the Director of Alumni Relations and as a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. She loves all things pink, pickleball, and sooner football!
Alexis Kituuka is from Kampala, Uganda. She is currently studying Economics with a minor in Management Information Systems. Outside the program, she serves as the Vice President of the African Student Association and is an intern at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching Formula 1, and exploring new cuisines.
Jordan Kott is originally from Norman, Oklahoma but now lives in Fort Worth, Texas. She is graduating in May 2025 with a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Outside of the program, she is a Price Ambassador, Vice President of Communications for the Women in Business Association, and is in Delta Sigma Pi. In her free time, Jordan enjoys being with her loved ones, traveling, and exploring local shops and restaurants.
Daniel Richter is from Upstate New York. He is currently a senior majoring in Finance. He serves as Director of Conferences and is actively involved in various ways within the program. Outside of the program, he serves as a Price College Ambassador and has served as Professional Development and Parents Club Chair for his Kappa Sigma fraternity. Daniel is also a proud member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes of Oklahoma. During his free time, he enjoys being with friends and family, traveling, listening to music and podcasts, going to the gym, watching sports, and keeping up with current events.
Rylee Riddle is a junior entrepreneurship and venture management major from Norman, Oklahoma. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program she works for the OU Football team and owns her own small photography business. She enjoys volunteering at her church, hanging out with friends, and traveling.
Baylor Savage is from Norman, Oklahoma. He is currently a junior majoring in Accounting and Economics on the Pre-Law track. Outside of the program, he has served as an Education Abroad and Price ambassador and the Co-Chair for the Crimson Leadership Association. He enjoys spending time with friends and reading.
Syeda Sayera is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is a senior majoring in Marketing and Management of Information Systems. She is also in the Accelerated Master’s Program of Information Technology. Within JCPenney Leadership Program, she has been a Peer Trainer and is now the Director of Peer Trainers. Outside of the program, Syeda is the President of Asian American Student Association and the Secretary of the UX/UI Club. She loves fashion, baking & cooking, and music.
Sandy Vo is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is a junior majoring in Management Information Systems and minoring in Marketing. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program, she serves as the secretary for the Asian American Business Association. She enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends and family, and trying new restaurants.
Santhush (Sunny) Wickramasinghe is from Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is currently a senior, completing his accelerated master's program alongside his bachelor's in Management Information Systems. Outside of the JCPenney Leadership Program, he is a graduate teaching assistant and a high school mathematics tutor. In his free time, Sunny enjoys spending time with his friends, cooking, and watching movies.
The JCPenney Leadership Program partners with sixteen non-profit agencies in the Oklahoma City-metro area to provide select associates the unique experience of serving as a non-voting member on its Board of Directors. This partnership provides excellent first-hand experience in board service for the associate with the added benefit of strengthening their professional network. Our non-profits receive the benefit of fresh ideas, a student skill set, and new energy added to their boards. The Board Fellows program is designed to launch our young professionals into a lifetime of service and leadership in philanthropy.
