QuitSmart Classes

Make a commitment to quit smoking or using tobacco forever by scheduling a consultation with a QuitSmart Facilitator. After the initial consultation, participants will generally schedule 2-3 individual coaching sessions (approximately 45 minutes each). The goal of the QuitSmart program is to help smokers and tobacco users break the addiction while making healthy, long-term, lifestyle changes.
