Bring your OUID and insurance cards to receive your flu vaccine. Your OUID and insurance cards or information are required at every scheduled appointment. We will request insurance reimbursement for the flu vaccine. Many insurances (including OU CIGNA) are covering the cost. To ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider.
Students:
OU students who do not have health insurance, or whose health insurance does not cover the costs, will not incur any charges for the vaccine.
Faculty/Staff:
OU Cigna covers the cost of the flu shot. If you are covered by another insurance, to ensure coverage, contact your insurance provider. You can check if we are contracted and in network with your insurance using the following information:
