Co-PIs are permitted. A Department/Committee Support Letter would be required for each Co-PI. Co-PIs must also be assigned to the Norman campus.

Can Someone apply for multiple opportunities with the same proposal or does it need to be a different idea for each?

You can submit to more than one funding opportunity with one project. However, a defined set of activities can only be funded once.

Does ART InTRO only support projects that can be commercialized or does it support open-sourced projects, too?

The idea is for the project to transflate basic research into positive impacts for society - including commercialized products as well as open-sourced.
