Email Libby Ethridge
Dr. Libby Ethridge is an Associate Professor in Early Childhood Education at the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa. She is the Coordinator for the undergraduate Early Childhood Education program in Tulsa. In her faculty role, Libby teaches courses on teaching and learning, integrated curriculum for school-age children, and advocacy and leadership in early childhood education. She is currently the president of the National Association of Early Childhood Teacher Educators (NAECTE) and president of the Oklahoma Association of Early Childhood Teacher Educators (OAECTE). Recently, Libby received the Outstanding Early Childhood Teacher Educator Award from OAECTE. Her research focus is directly related to her teaching by centering on teacher education, advocacy, teacher autonomy, and service learning.
