Oklahoma Voter Portal

In 2015, the Oklahoma State Legislature authorized the Oklahoma State Election Board to develop an online voter registration system for Oklahomans. Phase one of this process includes the OK Voter Portal. The portal is an official online service and one-stop-shop for all things voting from the Oklahoma State Election Board.

By entering your date of birth and first and last name you can do the following in the OK Voter Portal:

CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION

It's always a good idea to check your registration at the beginning of an election cycle. Check to make sure you are a registered voter by inputting your first and last name and date of birth.

CHANGE YOUR POLITICAL AFFILIATION

Democrat, Republican, and Libertarian are the official parties recognized in Oklahoma.  Oklahoma has closed primaries, therefore, no party (Independent) registrations are generally not allowed to vote in political primaries. Visit the Oklahoma State Election Board's website to learn what primaries Independents can vote in.

CHANGE YOUR RESIDENCE ADDRESS

You must register to vote at your address of residence. The address you register with will determine your county and polling location. You may only change your residence address in the OK Voter Portal if it is within the same county.

CHANGE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS

After you register to vote, your voter identification card will arrive to your mailing address listed on your application. Your mailing address and residence address can be the same.

FIND YOUR POLLING LOCATION

In Oklahoma, you must vote at your designated precinct on Election Day and at your County Election Board Office on Early Voting Days.

REQUEST AN ABSENTEE BALLOT

In Oklahoma, you do not need an excuse to request or vote through an absentee ballot. The portal will let you track your ballot by seeing when it was sent by mail, received by your County Election Board Office, and finally whether or not it was counted.
