Dr. Amanda Penrod is a dynamic healthcare leader and visionary entrepreneur with over 25
years of experience in executive leadership, consulting, and organizational management.
As the CEO and Co-Founder of RFX Solutions, she is dedicated to transforming the
healthcare compliance and credentialing landscape with innovative, data-driven software
that enhances patient safety, quality of care, and operational eƯiciency.
Dr. Penrod’s academic accomplishments include a PhD in Organizational Management
and Leadership and an MBA. Her career spans a range of influential leadership and
consultative roles across healthcare settings, including physician practices, surgical
centers, and post-acute care facilities.
Dr. Penrod is passionate about empowering teams and fostering high-performance
environments, which drives her mission to address the compliance and credentialing gap
in healthcare by providing healthcare facilities with education, knowledge, and innovative
tools that promote a culture of safety.
Dr. Penrod enjoys time with her family, traveling, and is a rollercoaster enthusiast.

Peyton Johnson is a Chicago-based, California-raised event professional and the Wrigley Field Event Sales Coordinator, where she helps create impactful experiences at one of the most iconic venues in sports history. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a double major in Sports Business and Marketing, Peyton’s career has grown from exposure into the event operations, marketing, and community relations sides of the business. Her diverse experience includes work on large-scale productions such as the Summer and Winter X Games, The 2019 Golden Globes, and events with the Oklahoma City Thunder. Starting as a Ticket Sales Representative, she has been with the Chicago Cubs for three seasons and counting. Peyton spends her free time coaching club volleyball and choosing to wear crimson over burnt orange daily.

A recent alum, Claire graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May 2024, earning a degree in supply chain management and graduating with both honors and distinction of summa cum laude. While at OU, Claire was involved in multiple clubs, serving as President of WISE (Women Impacting Supply Chain Excellence) and as President of the Women in Business Association. She was also an involved Associate of the JCPenney Leadership Program, and a Price Ambassador.
The skills and initiative she built at OU led her to join Dover Corporation, a global manufacturing conglomerate, and become a part of their Supply Chain Development Program. The SCDP consists of three rotations, and Claire is currently on her final rotation in Houston, TX.

Paige Cole is a seasoned HR Program Manager with over 20 years of expertise in talent branding, marketing, project management, and university relations. She excels in program creation and implementation, complex commercial litigation, labor and employment law support, and employee relations. As co-chair of the NACE Principles of Ethical Practices Committee, Paige is dedicated to partnering with career services and employers to prepare students for career readiness and success.
Paige earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Oklahoma and a legal assistant certification from the University of Tulsa. Since joining Williams in 2001, she has embraced its culture, working closely with her team to attract and develop early career talent.
In her free time, Paige enjoys brainstorming sessions, cheering on her alma mater in college sports, playing tennis and pickleball and playing with her yorkies.

Audra Morgan helps inventors and researchers turn their ideas into products and thriving businesses that solve real problems and build wealth. She works with university researchers, independent inventors, and regional companies to commercialize innovations—licensing technology, launching startups, and creating partnerships that bring products to market.
Audra has worked in manufacturing and aerospace industries, non-profits, and a startup as an inventor, product development leader, founder, and IP strategist. She is a registered patent agent with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (Plastics Manufacturing) from Pitt State and a Master of Business Administration from Friends University. This cross-functional experience—technical, business, and entrepreneurial—uniquely positions her to guide commercialization. Audra practices entrepreneurial leadership, building new ventures and making decisions in uncertain territory.

Mansi Patel is an Investment Associate at Cortado Ventures, where she focuses on early-stage venture investments and startup ecosystem development. Raised by entrepreneurs in the hospitality and real estate industries, she has built on this foundation to support high-growth startups through strategic investment and market analysis. A native Oklahoman and University of Oklahoma MBA graduate, Mansi is passionate about fostering innovation and expanding access to venture capital.

Jordan Kott is a 2025 graduate of OU’s Price College of Business, where she earned a double major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and served as Director of Member Engagement in the JCPenney Leadership Program. She now works at North Highland, a leading global change and transformation consultancy, supporting a large healthcare system client through organizational change initiatives. Jordan is passionate about advocating for women in the workforce and is excited to return to OU as a panelist for this year’s Women in Business Leadership Conference.

Sharina Perry is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience establishing and running national businesses. Sharina is the founder and inventor of Utopia Plastix, a plant-based alternative to petroleum-based polymers. Sharina is also the originator and developer of The Utopia Model, a sustainable ecosystem business model. She is well regarded as an innovator, strategist, and unconventional thinker. She is often praised for her exceptional capacity to foster creative thinking, effective execution, and deliberate leadership.
Aside from her successful career, Sharina holds a significant number of leadership, management, and business development certifications. Sharina holds an expert certification in Sustainable Strategies and Circular Economics. Her education includes, but is not limited to, The University of Oklahoma and Cambridge Judge Business School. Sharina also owns registered global patents and trademarks.
Sharina serves on the Oklahoma Governors Minority Business Council as chair of the Business Engagement Committee. Sharina was also a key committee member for the initiative leading to the passage of HB 2365; the first Supplier Diversity Program within the state of Oklahoma focused on aiding in the advancement of minority and underserved small business owners.
In 2023, Sharina was appointed to the Oklahoma District Export Council by the US Secretary of Commerce. Sharina serves as the Chair on the Advisory Board of the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business Multicultural Business Program. She also serves on the Executive Board for Hough Ear Institute.
Sharina was instrumental in contributing her knowledge, insights, and expertise when the City of Oklahoma City convened community leaders and stakeholders when creating an economic resilience and recovery plan post Covid.
Sharina is a founding STEM committee member for the Oklahoma City Innovation District. Sharina led the drafting of the resolution passed unanimously by the OKC Council to bring Public, Private and Educational Institutions together to address STEM and Workforce Development within the historically black community on the northeast side of Oklahoma City.
Throughout her illustrious career, Sharina has received numerous awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide. Sharia was listed as Forbes's Top 10 Women to Watch in 2023 (globally). Sharina was also featured in September 2023 on the iconic Nasdaq Billboard in NYC Times Square as the Inventor of the Year.

Kelli Masters is an attorney, a sports agent, business owner, author, and speaker. Kelli fulfilled a childhood dream by becoming a National and World Champion in baton twirling, and Feature Twirler for the "Pride of Oklahoma" Marching Band in the early 1990's. In 1997 she was crowned Miss Oklahoma, winning awards for talent and community service at the Miss America pageant that year. Kelli used her scholarship money from Miss America to obtain her Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Oklahoma. She began her law practice as a litigator at Fellers Snider Law Firm in 2000 and became a partner in the firm in 2005. That same year, Kelli became a Certified NFL Sports Agent and founded KMM Sports, a full-service sports agency representing athletes in the NFL and other professional sports. She made history in 2010 as the first woman to represent a top 5 pick in the NFL Draft. Bleacher Report named Kelli as one of the 25 Most Influential Women in Sports Business based upon her trailblazing success in athlete representation, as she has now represented more professional athletes than any woman in history. In addition, she continues to practice law with her own firm, Dulin Reneau Law Firm, having argued and won cases before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her first book, High- Impact Life: a Sports Agent's Secrets to Finding and Fulfilling a Purpose You Can't Lose was released in August 2021. She continues to serve as President and Chief Player Agent for KMM Sports. Additionally, she is the founder and owner of The Branch, a popular co-
working/office/event space in Oklahoma City and continues to be a sought-after speaker across the nation and around the world. Kelli is also the founder of High Impact Life Ministries, a women's ministry devoted to helping women of all ages discover and fulfill their God-
given purpose. Kelli resides in Oklahoma City with her husband, W. Dale Reneau, Jr., eleven stepchildren, and twelve grandchildren.

Vilona Michael, marketing strategist and connector, has owned V.Marketing for 16 years, a full-service agency specializing in creating opportunities for brands to engage with their audiences through innovative, cost-effective strategies. Over the years, she has driven growth for districts, businesses, and communities, building an impressive client roster and reputation. Specializing in influencer marketing, social media, and PR, her “connection magic” amplifies brands. Bita Etemadfard is the founder of Bits Nails, a new-concept nail business that cuts appointment times by 75%, bringing speed and innovation to the beauty industry. Having served over 350 clients across the OKC Metro, she has grown her monthly revenues to $6,000+ while being a part-time worker and full-time student. Bita is a junior Finance and Accounting student passionate about entrepreneurship. She hopes to pursue a career in venture capital, where she can empower other founders to scale their ventures.

Arleth Zavala is a technology risk auditor at EY, located in the Dallas office. A graduate from the University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Administration degree in Management Information Systems. Arleth’s professional career started with EY’s Launch Internship program, then a sub-service line internship in technology risk. She recently joined the firm in August, and within 3 months, she has gained tremendous growth from her teams and clients. During her undergraduate years, she participated in multiple OU organizations and studied abroad in Spain for her capstone program. In her free time, she will explore different food spots and binge watch reality TV.

Brooke Spenser is an accomplished executive with more than a decade of experience leading strategy, finance, and innovation initiatives across the energy and retail industries. Her career began in financial analysis and investment governance at BP and Devon Energy, where she developed a strong foundation in corporate finance and portfolio optimization. She later joined Walmart, advancing through a series of leadership roles in corporate strategy, product development, and sustainability. Brooke has guided cross-functional teams through complex transformation efforts, building frameworks that align innovation with business performance and long-term growth.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Brooke earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Human Resources and holds an MBA from Indiana University. She also serves as faculty in the University of Arkansas Executive MBA program, where she teaches Strategy and Human-Centered Innovation.
