The university strongly recommends masking for all unvaccinated individuals and guests 2-11 years of age when inside OU's academic, athletic, housing, and administrative facilities. Please review the University's masking policy. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our staff, students, and visitors, and we certainly hope to see you on campus soon.
The safety of our guests, students, and campus community is of the utmost importance to our team. We hope you will respect and understand the changes we have made to our campus experiences with your safety in mind.
Masking on Campus
Taking into consideration the CDC’s recent guidance on masking, recent state law changes, and Oklahoma’s record low case counts of COVID-19, OU is lifting its mask requirement for all three campuses, with limited exceptions. The university strongly recommends masking for all unvaccinated individuals when inside OU's academic, athletic, housing, and administrative facilities.
